History mode

All CBP modules display current data. With the history mode, the data collected at previous points in time can be displayed statically or dynamically, i.e. in animated form (as in a video).

One of the CBP’s core tasks is the visualization and analysis of the captured data. The data are processed and displayed for the various users in the appropriate form. The spectrum ranges from cross-disciplinary data views to integrating guidance assistance for the shield driver.

In the following a short description of three selected module:

2D Project view:

The “2D project view” shows the project area with tunnel alignment, advance information of the tunnel advance machine, the as built rings and related information. Measurement data from geomonitoring and the sensor technology in the tunnel can be directly visualized. Settlement cross-sections can be observed.
It is possible to define an area of influence around the TBM in order to visualize the values of its geotechnical sensors with a warning light.
Geological cross-sections help the shield driver estimate the current and future behaviour of the machine as it is driven in order to avoid errors.

View of current machine data

The „view of current machine data“ supports the driving process by showing current measurement data _ particularly relevant advance parameters in relation to threshold values.

Diagram manager

All of the measurement data, target values and threshold values available in the system can be combined as desired. Data views can be composed of one or more diagrams with one or many data sets.

For a quick visualization a catalogue of existing data views is available.
The spectrum of uses of diagram manager ranges from the display of predetermined data views to the autonomous creation and use of self-defined diagram structures.
